Excellent Hotel Experience
delicious breakfast convenient location competent staff
The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. I found the location very convenient. It was an easy walk to the city center. The staff members were friendly and competent, easily communicating in English. I also liked that parking was easy to find.
The room lacked air conditioning, causing discomfort during warmer weather.

superior room modern room city centre view great location cold shower uncomfortable bed joined mattress
The superior room was very modern. it was nicely decorated and large with views of the city centre skyline. the location is great. It is very close to the famous holstentor and the city centre. shops, sights and restaurants were in walking distance.
The shower was cold the first night. It was just slightly warm. it was not enough to even make the bathroom mirror steam up. the second day i could not even go in the shower because it was not even slightly warm. i wasn't a fan of having two mattress' joined together for a double bed. It's not exactly comfortable to sleep with a partner on two single beds pressed together.

Fantastic Location and Excellent Breakfast!
easy parking spacious area helpful staff
The hotel location was Great. Parking was easy to find right next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the spacious public areas and the innovative dining area design.
I found that the room lacked air conditioning. The only fan available did not adequately cool the room, especially during the day. This made the room uncomfortable for extended periods.

The room was cozy. It featured two wide twin beds and two small sofas, catering to all needs. The bathroom was fairly large with a bathtub, complete toiletries, a large towel, and a small towel set.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a good selection of food and drinks plus a wonderful, spacious seating area. I also used the Italian restaurant one evening. It was excellent and easy to access from my room.

excellent central stay
modern room excellent location helpful staff
the "superior room" was modern, well-decorated, and spacious with city center views. the location is excellent, close to the "holstentor" and the city center. i took a taxi from the airport for around €25, however, the hotel is very close to the central station, so the bus and train are convenient options.
i found no gym at the hotel, a minor drawback for me.
